Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center. You will collaborate with project teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment.

You will lead full‑stack development, engage in DevOps, and drive excellence through agile practices while traveling up to 50% as needed to client sites and engagements. The role emphasizes strong technical leadership across Java, Python, Node.js,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience building applications/platforms with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
