Qualifications

• Coaching, team engagement, and leadership communication skills required.
• Experience in proposing security services (vulnerability testing, assessment, consulting).
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, vulnerability management and resilience design.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or IT leadership, with networking focus.
• Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory due to communication with Security Japan.
