This role requires strong technical skills across cloud and on-premises platforms, excellent communication in English and Japanese, and the ability to coordinate with Tokyo HQ, vendors, and data centers. The position involves on-site visits and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Business Japanese language skills are required for HQ communication in Tokyo.
• Strong IT infrastructure support and project execution experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work with internal tech teams and vendors.
• In-person office attendance in New York 2 days per week.
• Preferred certifications: AWS, Microsoft 365, Security, ITIL, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure customer support and assist with project execution.
• Promote high quality service, response times and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to data centers or client sites for on-site work.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and external vendors on infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues with distributors and manufacturers.
• Analyze incident trends and develop preventive solutions.
• Investigate security events with PSOC and CSIRT teams.
