OP360 is seeking a bilingual Japanese Customer Service and Sales Representative for a fully remote role. You will support Japanese-speaking customers while driving sales growth through clear communication and relationship-building.

Fluency in Japanese (N1) and English is required. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and translating materials as needed, collaborating with the sales team across departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.
• Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
• Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.
• Work closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.
