Purple Technology is recruiting a Customer Support Representative fluent in Japanese to provide service during JST working hours. The role involves handling customer inquiries by email, chat, and contact forms, with emphasis on clear, empathetic communication and accurate record-keeping.

You will also assist with onboarding, FAQs maintenance, and collaborating with internal teams in a multicultural remote environment.

Formación

• Native Japanese with strong written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Ability to work JST hours Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00.
• Proactive and tech-literate with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client inquiries via email, chat and contact forms.
• Prepare detailed, content-rich responses and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and report issues promptly.
• Test new products, review translations and keep FAQs updated.
• Transcribe Japanese names and support trading platform tests.
