Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese fluency with professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales technical deployment for Japanese customers from go-live to hypercare.
• Lead handoffs from pre-sales, capture success criteria, tech stack, and timelines.
• Deliver product training and enablement in Japanese to enable self-sufficiency at go-live.
• Develop and execute delivery plans, manage scope, schedule and quality, with status updates in Japanese and English.
• Drive customer value, adoption, and renewals through strategic relationships and success planning.
