Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to oversee cleaning and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining a professional appearance while following safety policies.

Education is flexible; 3–6 months training or experience preferred. A valid driver's license may be required, and candidates should be able to drive to various locations as needed.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs; employees must maintain an acceptable MVR and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with the team.
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
