Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

As part of a team, you will follow all safety policies, interact professionally with staff and customers, and may be asked to drive between sites. No strict education requirements; 3–6 months of training or experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
