Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleaning and sanitation duties across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while reporting hazards to supervisors.

The role requires communication skills, a willingness to work with a team, and flexibility for weekend shifts. A valid driver's license may be necessary for travel between sites, with safety training completed prior to duties.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be required to be forklift certified.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with other employees in a team.
• Fill in during staff shortage and support shift lead.
