Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas in a team-oriented environment. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and complying with safety protocols.

Qualifying candidates may have 3–6 months of training or experience; a driver's license and safety certifications could be required.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred
• Driver's license may be required; safety and task training certification may be required
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds/chemicals and their safe use

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Follow daily schedule and duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols and company policies
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and environment
