Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves janitorial tasks, following a daily schedule, and using cleaning equipment with proper safety protocols.

Applicants should be able to read and follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work well within a team. A valid driver's license may be required; forklift certification could be needed depending on site requirements.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
