Responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees in close cooperation with Managers, as well as cleaning designated facilities according to Company assignment.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 6pm - 4:30am

Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions

1. Oversee an assigned area or building.
2. Supervise front-line employees directly.
3. Ensure productivity levels and customer service requirements are met, and that employees comply with safety, quality, and compliance standards set by the Company and Clients.
4. Direct cleaning of designated areas within specified timeframes. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
5. Manage employee lunches and breaks.
6. Maintain communication with Managers to optimize staffing, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations.
7. Coordinate with Managers to coach, counsel, and discipline employees effectively.
8. Set a positive, professional example for the workforce.
9. Conduct safety and quality audits.
10. Assign tasks to team members based on job requirements or special assignments.
11. Inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
12. Train new workers and oversee ongoing training of existing employees.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• At least one year of janitorial experience.
• Training in the cleaning industry or building management preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends may be required.
