Responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees in coordination with Managers, as well as the cleaning of designated facilities according to Company assignments.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 6pm - 4:30am

Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions:

• The supervisor is responsible for an assigned area or building.
• Responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees.
• Ensure productivity levels and customer service requirements are met, and that employees comply with safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company and Clients.
• Direct and clean designated areas within appropriate time-frames. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
• Manage employee lunches and breaks.
• Maintain communication with Managers to ensure optimal staffing, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations.
• Coordinate with Managers to coach, counsel, and discipline employees effectively.
• Set a positive, professional example for the workforce. Conduct safety and quality audits.
• Assign tasks to team members based on job requirements or special assignments. Inspect all completed work for conformance to standards.
• Train new employees and oversee ongoing training of existing staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• At least one year of janitorial experience.
• Training in the cleaning industry or building management is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and accomplish objectives.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends may be required.
