This role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and minimum 3 years driving are required, with a Real ID for site access. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed work for quality and contract compliance.

What You Will Do

• Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two 2+ years of custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
