Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a diligent Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The role includes cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, with a 7:30am–1:30pm shift and a pay rate of $17.75 per hour.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent (or six months custodial experience) and the ability to obtain facility credentials, plus a valid Real ID for site access. We value teamwork and safety in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required.
• Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
• Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
