Job summary

HHM Facility Management is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee cleaning standards across our client portfolio. You will conduct on-site walkthroughs, audits, and data analysis to ensure services meet company guidelines, client expectations, and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include staff training, updating digitized inspection checklists, monitoring KPIs, preparing weekly quality reports, and ensuring proper chemical handling and PPE use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial cleaning or facilities management, with QA or supervisory exposure.
• Deep understanding of cleaning methods, chemical safety (SDS), and green cleaning standards.
• Proficiency with inspection apps and CMMS, plus reporting in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coach and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections & audits: perform regular walkthroughs to evaluate cleanliness vs. standards.
• Quality system management: develop and maintain digitized inspection checklists and KPIs.
• Staff training & coaching: partner with supervisors to close performance gaps and train teams.
• Safety & regulatory compliance: enforce OSHA standards, hazard communication, and PPE usage.
• Client relations & resolution: act as escalation point for client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Data reporting: track metrics and generate weekly/monthly quality reports for management and clients.
• Supply inventory oversight: review client location stock levels and safety in storage.
