Job summary

The Building People seeks an experienced Quality Control professional to build and oversee a statewide QC program spanning Facilities Engineering O&M, Custodial, and Construction services. The role focuses on preventing non-compliance through proactive inspection scheduling and a robust non-conformance process.

Responsibilities include maintaining NCMMS records, analyzing QC data for continuous improvement, and supporting AQL development for response times, maintenance completion, and utility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality control/quality assurance experience in facilities, construction, or building operations.
• Experience building formal QC/QA programs for multi-site operations.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a systematic inspection schedule across all functional areas to verify service delivery standards.
• Builds and administers a non-conformance process: documents deficiencies, determines root cause, and tracks corrective action to closure.
• Maintains QC activity records, inspection results, and corrective actions within the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS) to support data integrity and GSA transparency requirements.
• Analyzes QC data and performance trends to drive continuous operational improvement.
• Supports development and tracking of the contract's Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs), including service call response, maintenance completion, and utility performance metrics.
