You will supervise janitorial staff, inspect work for adherence to ServiceMaster's standards, and step in for hands-on cleaning as needed while managing supplies and facility maintenance. This role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on execution to ensure top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential to identify quality issues.
• Experience supervising janitorial staff is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise and guide janitorial staff.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work to meet cleaning standards.
• Hands-On Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, polish, restroom care, trash removal as needed.
• Supply Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean lobbies, cafeterias, break rooms, and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment.
