HHM Facility Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee cleaning standards across client facilities. You will conduct on-site walkthroughs, analyze service data, and retrain staff to uphold premium cleanliness and brand standards.

You will lead inspections, develop QA checklists, enforce OSHA and PPE safety, and generate KPI reports for senior management and clients. Strong communication and coaching ability are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial cleaning or facilities management QA/inspection.
• Experience supervising or coaching custodial staff is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, SDS, and safe chemical handling.
• Familiarity with facility management software and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular on-site inspections and audits against KPIs and client SLAs.
• Develop and maintain digitized inspection checklists and QA forms.
• Train and coach custodial staff on advanced cleaning techniques and safety.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage across sites.
• Investigate client complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Produce weekly/monthly quality reports for management and clients.
• Monitor inventory and supplies at client locations as needed.
