Job summary

HHM Facility Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee cleaning standards across our client portfolio. You will conduct on-site walkthroughs, analyze service data, and retrain staff to ensure premium cleanliness and brand representation.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial cleaning or facilities management with QA/inspection experience, plus knowledge of SDS, green cleaning, and CMMS tools. Travel between client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in commercial cleaning or facilities management with 1–2 years in QA/inspection/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical safety (SDS) and green cleaning standards.
• Proficiency with inspection apps, CMMS, ticketing systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits against client SLAs.
• Develop and maintain digital inspection checklists and KPIs.
• Train and coach custodial staff on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Enforce OSHA, hazard communication, and PPE usage.
• Handle client complaints and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Generate weekly/monthly quality reports for leadership and clients.
• Review inventory at client sites to ensure proper stocking and safe storage.
