You will ensure adherence to the Operating Playbook, manage staffing, and maintain timely operational visibility through daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services operations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes and safety standards.
• Experience with timekeeping, inspections, and reporting is preferred.
• Ability to lead frontline teams with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments and schedules for janitorial staff.
• Ensure time and attendance policies are strictly followed; review, validate, and submit timesheets.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as needed.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage for routine operations and special services.
