Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments and schedules for janitorial staff.
• Ensure time and attendance policies are followed; review and submit timesheets.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action.
• Maintain staffing coverage for routine operations, absences, and special services.
• Conduct daily site inspections and routine quality audits.
• Prepare and submit weekly roll-up reports on safety, staffing, and quality.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain professional standards.
