Allegiance Industries is hiring a Night Shift Lead Cleaner for an educational facility. The position runs Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM. You will lead an assigned area, ensure cleanliness, and supervise the custodial team to meet contract standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in custodial services.
• Experience managing custodial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area and supervise the custodial team.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets contract standards at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising custodial functions.
• Enforce workflow to meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel to understand needs.
• Promote company culture, values and management philosophy; perform other duties as assigned.
