Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a custodial/related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations and teams.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong service/quality mindset and professionalism.
• Proven computer skills (MS Office or equivalent).
