Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Lead for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 5pm–1am) to oversee a facility in Columbia, SC. You will lead the custodial team, ensure standards are met, and coordinate daily activities with the client and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area.

• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied.
