The role leads an area, ensures cleanliness to contract standards, and coordinates custodial activities with the client, while upholding company values and training staff to meet deadlines. The position requires previous supervisory experience in custodial operations and a strong service mindset, with on-site supervision and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management.

Responsibilities

Shift: Monday - Friday (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
