Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a Night Shift Lead Cleaner for Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11 PM. Lead an assigned building, ensure the facility is kept clean, and supervise custodial staff to meet contract standards.

On-the-job training is provided; candidates should be able to plan, organize, and coordinate activities, communicate with the client, and promote our company culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a custodial/related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong service/quality mindset.
• Professionalism and strong computer skills.
