Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is hiring a Night Shift Lead Cleaner in Fork Union, VA. You will lead a custodial team, ensure the facility is clean, and supervise daily operations from 3 PM to 11 PM Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a custodial/related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Strong service/quality mindset and professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.
