Job summary

Allegiance Industries is hiring a Janitorial Site Manager for a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shift at a manufacturing facility. You will manage the site, interview and train janitorial staff, and oversee daily workflows and guard schedules.

The role requires cleaning/housekeeping experience and a focus on safety and client satisfaction. We seek candidates with 2–5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, who can lead, motivate, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
