The role emphasizes leading the cleaning crew, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety and quality, and providing excellent client service. Strong supervisory experience, ability to read safety guidelines, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Starting pay is $16.80 per hour. Shifts available 7am to 11am, 7 days a week, with immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred (from Requirements).
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical safety sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew follow policies and safety guidelines.
