Qualifications
- 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
- Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
- Customer service oriented, friendly and positive demeanor.
- KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app used for clock in/out and communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead a janitorial team in a complex task oriented environment.
- Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations with timely escalations.
- Clean and maintain rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas as needed.
- Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
- Coordinate shift coverage with team and shift lead.
- Provide feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
