Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex janitorial operation environment.
• Respond to escalations from Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations Team.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts and coverage of daily schedules.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
