Qualifications

• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for the Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Assist with interviews and training of new hires as needed.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
