Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise on-site cleaning crews in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure quality service for clients, and act as the primary link between the crew and management.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lead position, experience in janitorial operations, and strong customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and knowledge of KBSPresence for timekeeping may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to motivate team and respond to client requests.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site crew tasks and ensures they are fully executed at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure daily operations run smoothly and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
