Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where state required).
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor and ability to motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew; coordinate daily tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Provide direction and support to crew; ensure understanding of responsibilities and policies.
• Interact with client to deliver professional service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist Supervisor with hiring and training of new staff; support team success.
