Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to oversee site operations and coordinate daily tasks with the crew. You will interact with the client, provide professional service, and ensure staff understands responsibilities under each policy.

The role requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory position, experience in janitorial/ DC environments, and adherence to OSHA safety guidelines. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with shifts starting at 4 am.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish where state requires).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew tasks to ensure daily operations are completed.
• Interact with clients to provide professional customer service.
• Assist in training new hires and providing clarity to crew members.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example to ensure compliance and quality.
