Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise on-site janitorial crews and ensure daily tasks are completed to standard. The role involves client interaction, directing crew activities, and supporting training and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew to ensure daily operations run smoothly and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Support team with tools and information to perform duties effectively.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew.
