Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (generally in English).
• Follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
