Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand and follow policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training; support crew success.
