Qualifications

• Experience leading janitorial, facilities management, or service teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections.
• Lead, coach, and support Supervisors and Cleaning Associates.
• Ensure customer expectations and service standards are met.
• Resolve service concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Manage staffing levels, labor hours, and account performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees.
• Deliver cleaning supplies and maintain inventory at customer locations.
• Conduct employee training and performance coaching.
• Maintain communication with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
