Job Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Manage daily activities of multiple account sites, ensuring proper cleaning of designated areas.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle payroll submissions and approvals.
• Oversee breakout pay hours according to team positions.
• Train, hire, discipline, and terminate employees as needed.
• Conduct ongoing staff training and certify employees on equipment.
• Perform scorecard walks, building inspections, and generate reports.
• Communicate building information and appearance to upper management.
• Maintain supplies and inventory.
• Enforce safety rules, procedures, and precautions, ensuring OSHA standards are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs, adapt quickly, and multitask.
• Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees.
• Ability to manage budgets.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective interaction with all organizational levels and external parties.
• Proficiency in office PC applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in janitorial services at large facilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend as needed.
• Extensive standing and walking.
