This position starts at $13.50/hr., and we pay biweekly. Founded in Boston, MA in 1902 by Reverend Edgar J Helms, Goodwill has been providing opportunities for men and women across America and around the world ever since. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A JANITOR
As a Janitor at Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, Inc., you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing services to the community. Customers want to shop in clean, organized stores and your role makes that possible!
As a janitor, you primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of our retail store. You will also be interacting with donors and customers. Here's what you can expect:

JOB PERFORMANCE
Reviewed upon initial hire at 30, 60 and 90 days, and annually thereafter, by the Store Manager.

EDUCATION
No specialized educational requirements
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year work experience; previous janitorial experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Must to be able to distinguish between types of cleaning products.

Heavy work: Pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds.
The ability to fully perform lifting and moving duties is mandatory.
