Job Position Description:

This role involves creating cleaner, healthier environments in our clients' buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include:

• Performing cleaning duties with provided products and tools, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and furniture movement.
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Using proper PPE as required.
• Opening and locking facilities, managing security systems.
• Experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Experience in professional cleaning environments is beneficial.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, dependability, and punctuality are essential.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and respectful interactions with co-workers and customers.
• Effective communication in English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching; ability to lift/carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to read instructions and differentiate cleaning products.
