Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions.
• Some positions may require a background check and drug screening, in accordance with laws.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, patrons, and employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.
• Ability to work in various conditions such as cold, rain, snow, or heat.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment like scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors.
• Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to bend, reach, operate equipment, and perform physical tasks frequently and repetitively.
