Job summary

CCMC in the United States is seeking a dedicated janitorial team member to maintain and clean corporate and community facilities and grounds. You will perform routine cleaning and assist with general upkeep to support a pleasant living environment.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work weekends or after hours as needed, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and operate cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash in and around community grounds and parking lots.
• Perform routine cleaning of all community facilities.
• Keep bathrooms clean and well stocked.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed.

What youll accomplish

• Picking up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots


• Routine cleaning duties of all community facilities


• Keeping bathrooms clean and well stocked


• Cleaning interior and exterior windows


• Facilitating a wide array of janitorial duties as directed

• If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits


• You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements

The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include

• Mobility Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions


• Lifting and Carrying Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds


• Extended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events


• Manual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices


• Driving Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
