Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a dependable janitorial associate to help maintain a pristine community environment. This role involves routine cleaning of all facilities, trash removal, and upkeep of restrooms, windows, and common areas.

Flexibility for after-hours or weekend shifts is required, with the expectation of a strong work ethic and reliable attendance. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team.

• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check
• If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits
• You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance

What youll accomplish

The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include

• Mobility Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions


• Lifting and Carrying Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds


• Extended Sitting or Standing Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events


• Manual Dexterity Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices


• Driving Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
