Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is hiring part-time janitors to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers and colleagues. The role supports our mission to provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

You will clean offices and restrooms, sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock supplies while safely operating cleaning equipment. The position offers morning hours and competitive hourly pay with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; six months custodial or housekeeping experience acceptable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with good attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must obtain background clearance or facility access credentials if required; valid Real ID for site access.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies.
• Safely operate custodial equipment and cleaning products.
