Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a full-time Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The role involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom upkeep, and waste management, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a Real ID, and a valid driver's license with driving history. You’ll work 6:00am–1:30pm with a wage of $17.75 per hour and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required.
• Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
• Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
• Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
• Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
