Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen team members in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals according to recipes, report to a Food Service Director, and work onsite inside a jail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts in the kitchen.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes. Use proper utensils to serve menued portions to meet clients' nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
