You will prepare, supervise, and serve a variety of foods according to menus and safety standards, while training team members and maintaining sanitation throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and guide the preparation of foods according to menus and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitary handling of all food.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
